Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days from the receipt of purchased products to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your purchased products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original gift box or alternative packaging that you received the products in, still intact and unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at roobybabysg@gmail.com . The customer must bear the cost of returning the purchased products back to ROOBY.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the purchased product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, contact us via email within 30 days to arrange collection and return. In this instance, we will be responsible for paying shipment costs. Purchased products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned products, the price of the products as paid by you will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food items), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods . We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchased product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation by ROOBY
We may cancel your order before completion of delivery in whole or in part and this may occur even after payment by you has been received. We will give you reasonable notice of cancellation by contacting you via contact details provided by you. The circumstances in which we may cancel your order are listed below:
- if any of the ordered products are not available
- if there wan any error in the description of any ordered products or their price as advertised by us.
- if your order is a breech of any other terms, or contrary to any person's rights of law
- if these terms and conditions provide that we may not deliver your order
Cancellation by You
You agree that you are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order so that you may place another amended order, please email us at roobybabysg@gmail.com.
