Delivery
Deliveries will be made to the address supplied in your order upon checkout. You agree that we may rely on any person who is at the address you gave for delivery, and who is receipt of your ordered products, as being authorized to do so, unless expressly stated or arranged separately by both parties. ROOBY will use its discretion in utilizing, a variety of delivery methods to deliver orders to customers once sold.
The delivery period stated below is approximate.ROOBY does not guarantee delivery dates and/or times and the lack of delivery does not constitute a breech of this agreement. You agree that we may return and refund your order when we are unable to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. This is including but not limited to providing an incomplete or incorrect address or no access to the delivery address provided.
We may record all details relating to deliveries. Our records may include details of forms of verification referred to above and taking photograph pf the completed delivery. We will only use and disclose such records for reasonable purposes which may include proof of delivery.
If a purchased product is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact the customer on the use of an alternate product or a refund will be given.
Local Deliveries
Domestic deliveries will be made in Singapore.
Postage Costs
Standard delivery postage in Singapore will be free of charge for all orders. Please email us at roobybabysg@gmail.com for expedited door to door shipping.
International Deliveries
Please contact us at roobybabysg@gmail.com for international shipping enquiries before you complete your order online.
Currently the only international destination we are delivering to outside of Singapore is Malaysia. Shipping rates for all orders to Malaysia will be calculated at checkout. Shipping rates are inclusive of handling costs of orders and delivery charges for shipping outside of Singapore.
You may have to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for custom clearance. Please contact your local customs office for further information as customs polices can vary depending on your location. International shipments may be subject to inspections by customs authorities.
Time frames
Orders will be processed within 1 -3 business days upon order confirmation.
Standard delivery time in Singapore is 1-3 business days.
Standard delivery time to International destination ( Malaysia) 1 – 7 business days.
We will endeavor to meet these time frames, but your order may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timing of all international orders are subject to customs inspection.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are provided on a limited basis and while stocks last. Discount codes cannot be used more than once by the same customer. Discounts apply to full priced products. No further discounts apply.
Other Information
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change delivery address.
Please allow an extra business day for deliveries over weekends and Public Holidays.
